It is a violation of federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with is labeling. Use Restrictions: Kills clothes moths, Carpet beetles and their eggs and larve in clean, airlight containers, such as chests, trunks, and garment bags. Do not use dry cleaning bags, garbage bags or other containers that allow vapors to escape into occupied rooms.
This product can damage some plastics, use only in polyethylene or polypropylene containers. Paradichlorobenzene should not be mixed or placed in contact with other moth preventive chemicals. WIESE Para Moth Balls prevents moth infestation regardless of fabric type.
Pre-Application Directions: Before storing, dry clean, wash or brush articles to be protect. Distribute mothballs evenly around and between the folds of store articles. Keep product in airlight space for a minimum of 7 days. If mothballs have dissipated, add additional mothballs to the container. Odor quickly vanishes when articles are aired. Retreatment: Since moths are active all year, replenish air-light closets, containers and bags 2 times a year.
Harmful if swallowed. Causes serious eye irritation. Suspected of causing cancer if there is direct contact.
Wear eye protection / face protection. Wash thoroughly after handling. Do not eat, drink or smoke when using this product. Obtain special instructions before use. Do not handle until all safety precautions have been read and understood. Rinse mouth. Store locked up. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local/regional/ national/international regulations. Product contains: 1,4-dichlorobenzene.
General information: Symptoms of poisoning may even occur after several hours; therefore medical observation for at least 48 hours after the accident. After inhalation: Supply fresh air; consult doctor in case of complaints. After skin contact: Generally the product does not irritate the skin. After eye contact: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor. After swallowing: If swallowed, rinse mouth with water (only if the person is conscious). Call a POISON CENTER or doctor/physician. Obtain emergency medical attention.
